R/C Airplane Super Cub ..put it together but the remote is not working the wings or the prop..what next?

brand batteries for the remote, charged the underbelly battery..nothing is happening..this thing is brand new..follwed the directions to a T. But it is still not functiong..Help.

Step One in trouble-shooting — Ensure the O-F-F switch is in the O-N position !! (make sure the receivers are on as well as the controller).

Ensure if there is a multi-frequency option on the radio that everything is set to the correct frequency.

Next I’d LISTEN and look to see if the servos are moving or trying to move… check for binding !!

Failing that it’s time to contact the manufacturer or the local Hobby-shop and expert !!
